MY POTTERY STORY

I discovered pottery later in life by signing up for evening classes, but from my first session I was hooked and never stopped!

In 2021 I made the decision to take early retirement from my teaching career and give myself the time & space to become a full-time potter. I set up a pottery studio in my home in Hindhead & have 3 wheels & 2 kilns.

I run pottery sessions throughout the year and offer a ‘Throwing Experience’, a ‘Throw, Turn & Glaze Experience’ and 5 week course to develop pottery skills. I’m pleased to be able to draw on my teaching background to share the pottery experience with beginners and improvers while continuing to explore pottery and develop my own style. Why not join me?
